Alison Brause, Research Chair of the Requisite Organization International Institute (ROII), has been engaged in full-scale implementations of Requisite Organization in a global business, owner managed companies, political and non-profit organizations. She taught introductory courses in Requisite Organization at St. Edward’s University in Austin Texas, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Texas in the McCombs School of Business, Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, and Department of Educational Administration. In collaboration with Kathryn Cason, their research on the 2004 U.S. presidential elections was written up in Boston Globe, Business Week, The Los Angeles Times, The New Yorker, and HR.com.
