Joe Hayes has served as co-CEO of web hosting firm Media3 since he co- founded the company in July 1995. Previously, Mr. Hayes served as Northeast Regional Sales Mgr of MAX-PAX Inc., a specialty packaging firm based in Cleveland, OH. Prior to that, Mr. Hayes was President and founder of Lifestar America, a Health & Fitness products distributor.

In addition to his chief executive experience, Mr. Hayes has also held various management positions in sales, operations and production, and quality assurance with computer and software firm Leading Edge Products, Foxboro Co., a process control equipment maker, Precision Connector, a provider of backplane components for defense systems, and Reliable Electronics Finishing , a div of Augat Inc. that provides precious metal plating to the electronics industry.
