Randy Friedberg has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets, advertising, the Internet, and entertainment. Mr. Friedberg represents clients in a range of industries, among them consumer goods and services, computer technology, pharmaceutical and bio-medical products, media and entertainment, and financial services. A graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and Duke University School or Law, Mr. Friedberg was selected as a Super Lawyer by the publisher of Law and Politics Magazine. He is a member of the bar of New York state, the Second Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and a member of the International Trademark Association.
